Hacking SaveMii Custom Installed Titles Not Detected.

So I have a custom patched version of Spirit Tracks with Button Controls on my Wii U and I'm trying to get the save for it. However, SaveMii didn't show it on the list of games and applications. Is there a fix for this? All of the games I have all get downloaded to my Flash Drive.

Someone sent me a version of SaveMii that works with Injects and it worked.
