Hey guys, i was wondering if is possible to get the Savegame Installer to work with Backup Disks. My Wii System version is 3.4E (soft modded) and i would greatly prefer to keep it as is.
I am trying to copy a Super SMash Bros. save file across to the Wii but because it is a protected save file the normal way of doing this thru the wii's save manager doesn't work.
The savegame installer returns an error when using a backup disk even after rebooting with hooks using the Gamma Backup launcher.
Maybe it is important to state that Super Smash Bros. does not load when rebooting with hooks(but it does load the Picture in the Disc Channel), but works when booting directly thru the gamma backup launcher.
As of now, is there any way to get this save game onto the wii system memory without using a mod chip? or get the Savegame installer to recognize a backup disk?
