Hi all,

The other week my son managed to delete his only saved game 'slot' for New Super Mario Bros on his DS. He had got up to a couple of stages from the end but has now started again.

He uses an Acekard2 and, as with all other flashcards (presumably) has a new .sav file for the game. Is there anywhere on the web where we could get .sav files (for various points in the games) and just replace his existing .sav file ? When I used to play PC games ago I know that such things existed for the PC but don't how about the DS hacking scene.

Also, are all flashcard save files the same ? Or would we need an Acekard specific one ?

TIA for any help.

Regards,

Adam Brunt

GameFAQs will host a number of DS gamesaves, usually complete but sometimes starting at individual chapters.
They'll be in Action Replay Max Duo format (.duc) but you can easily convert them with shunyweb.info
