Gaming Save to use 022-2812 Bypass?

So I only got softbanned, however today as I tried to access the Shop I got perma banned with 022-2812 it seems.

However I found the CFW Patch for LUMA so should I use it or any other way to bypass?

You shouldn't. It doesn't work anymore so there's no point. There are some ways to bypass the ban:
1. Inject proper CTCert from unbanned console you're not going to use anymore (this isn't even implemented, at least yet)
2. Do a system transfer from banned console to the unbanned one (requires some trickery and still doesn't allow you some stuff on the console you've transferred to)
3. Inject blank nnidsave.bin, go to eShop and force the titles to disappear. Then use tikShop to make them appear again and tikSweep to delete unused tickets. Then forget about buying stuff in eShop
