Hacking save files randomly deletes gba save files

i bought the m3 ds real perfect bundle yesterday it works fine but it deletes it depending on the mood it is in
the games this has happened to is; (this referring to: the m3 randomly start a new game in the games below!
dragon ball Z buu's fury
the legend of Zelda the minish cap
Mario and Luigi superstars (i think thats the game)
those all the games i have problems with.

i load these game with
cheats no
real time save no
patch yes
fast load no

!help!

Feels like this question has to get answered every other day now. You guys really need to start using the Search function on the forum.

When you save a GBA game, the game is saved to the GBA expansion pack. The save doesn't save to the M3 until you turn off the DS and then back on. So if you remove the GBA Expansion before turning the DS back on you lose that save.

To be safe, when you are done playing a GBA game, save, turn off DS, turn on DS and let the m3 menu load. Then do whatever you want.
