SanDisk 128G BOOT.DAT issue

Japanese version Switch, TX chip installed, attempting to build an Atmosphere system. The first SanDisk card never worked, always reporting (BOOT.DAT?) error, no matter formatting to FAT32 or exFAT. The other two cards are fine. The first card has been replaced twice, but the problem persists. These are all SanDisk cards. Why is this happening?

Other people in this thread mention issues with that exact same card (#1) as well so it might be related to that particular model.

Someone mentioned to put the license.dat file on the card solved his issues :
