Gaming Sam & Max 2 Shut Off Problem

I recently got a copy of Sam & Max 2 for the Wii. It's burned on DVD-R it boots up fine but when it comes to selecting a episode I click on it and it just shuts down the game and the Wii returns to the System menu.

Any Ideas on how to remedy this?

It IOS reloads; if you don't want to install cIOSCORP then get the IOS Patcher and patch the game to IOS249

Is the same method succesfull for USB Loaders (Wiflow and uLoader)?

Sam and Max 2 works with Cfg USB loader using the new alt dol+ and the Sam and Max 1 .wdm file renamed from R3X.wdm to R3Y.wdm
