Safeb9SInstaller - Green Flashing LED

I picked up a 3DS Xl earlier today - No SD Card.

I presume it has not been hacked before, but when i use my NTR Boot B9S R4, and the required files i get to the install menu for B9S, but it stays on the initialising screen- please wait screen and the MicroSD card stays at Checking.

This is on multiple SD Cards

The other thing is as it boots to the SafeB9SInstaller the Power led flashes green 5 time.

So is it already installed - How can i check, and if so what do i do next to compelte the install as everything i have tried fails (Looked at the guide and cannot seem to get anywhere)

This has got me stumped for now (first time on a 3DS that i have hit this....)

OK, so holding X / Select / Start / Power with my NTR Flashcard lets me boot luma configuration from CTR NAND or SD

But restarting will boot normally and not allow me to access any CFW features

Ir i select start to exit Luma config it will boot to the CFw and let me open CFW Apps

and holding select when booting does nothing, same as holdind start at boot.

I have all the required files on the SD so not sure what is going on.
