Gaming Safe Game Updates for Backups ?

Hey Guys ,
I believe a lot of game updates are now being shipped with 3.60+ Eboots ! So obviously if you update its a pain in the ass ! My question is simple is there a list of latest game updates that are ok to install ?

Or you can avoid this by deleting the PUP in the Update folder of your backup.

Multiman 2.05 has a thing in it that prevents a game form updating beyond the "safe" firmare level. I suggest you get that.
