SA-1 chip enhance patch for Mega Man X released!

Bosn released a SA-1 chip patch for Mega Man X!
This is based on Vitor Vilela´s SA-1 chip tools.
The purpose of this hack is to reduce slowdown present in the game.

Other changes include:

• Leg Dash defaulted to the L button.
• Generated passwords are saved into SRAM
• Subtanks stop depleting at full health.

Should work on any emulator besides ZSNES.

Update.
ver. 1.1:

• Weapon charging animation should reset properly.
• Restored several graphic/hdma effects that were missing.
• Fixed B. Cutter weapon.
• Disabled double-tap to dash.
