Hacking RXEmunand, help needed

Hello. I've had trouble with my Emunand.
I can't update it to 10.6.
I also have a black square, how do I remove it?
And, my last question, I can't go to the eshop or miiverse.
What am I doing wrong?

You need to provide more info like do you have a old or new 3ds what version of rxTools ect

I am using, an old 3ds. (Not xl)
The entrypoint I use is spiderhax, but when I'm off wifi, I use Cubic Ninja.
I am using the 3.o beta 2. (I think)
Sysnand version is on 9.2, emunand is 10.5.
I also can't boot into emunand, or sysnand when I press the R trigger, but if I just let it sit and boot rxmode, emunand works just fine.
If there's any more info that you need, lemme know.

No, I unlinked them.

It says failed to update. Then reboots.

Do you have a properly working internet connection on your emuNAND? Are you using a DNS, like Tubehax DNS?

No, I don't think I was using the tubehax dns, but I'll check.
But the wifi works fine with other stuff.

I had a dns set up, I removed it and it updated just fine. Thank you.
