Hacking Rune Factory 2 (U) Crashes

when I play rune factory 2 (u) on m3i zero v1.48bx, it crashes when I press on The hand icon on the touch screen the game crashes.
look at the picture below:

please help!! :'(

I believe thats caused by a cheat.
