Rubik's Cube!

I have a friend who can solve one rather quickly without a guide, but I can't solve one without one. I don't have the patience.

I only know how to get the white plus then the entire white side....I use to know the next set of algorithms...then after that i'd have to use a guide. Rubiks cubes are extremely fun though

I can do a 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 I have a 5x5 but I've never got round to solving it.

2x2 ~45 secs
3x3 ~ 1 1/2 mins
4x4 ~4 mins
5x5 ~can't be bothered

Oh, I can do a 1x1 in 0 secs

I got really addicted to rubiks cubes in 8th grade and I've solved the 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, and the 5x5. I haven't used one in about 3 years now and I forgot how to solve them all. I feel like using one again though.

I used to play with 3x3 for a while, I guess my best time was somewhere between 2-3 minutes.

I never wanted to be very fast, I just wanted to learn how to solve it.

I've never fully completed a Rubik's Cube. I always got up to 5 sides complete but could never get the last one.

Anyways, I managed roughly a minute a while back, but I haven't touched a cube for quite some time.
I own the 2x2, 3x3, and 5x5 but could never complete the 5x5 without a guide.

I can solve a Rubik's Cube in less than 3 minutes on average. My record was 50 seconds-ish, but that was a lucky round.

Not that impressive, I know.

I tried it before and almost completed it but got stuck with 2 boxes of different colours in the wrong places. (If I remember correctly)
The guys in my class memorise the pattern to complete it, but honestly, I don't see the point in solving a Rubik's cube when you complete it by memorising the pattern.

Thats when you move on to solving it as fast as you can.
