ROM Hack WIP ROTK XIII Translation

I'm trying to translate Romance of Three Kingdoms XIII. I have the full pc games including all dlcs from steam. I will try to unpack and copy paste the pc files then repack it. I hope it will work since the tot files size is roughly the same.
Anyone has tried before?

The modification is a lot more challenging than I thought.
A summary:
1. There are 2 s-13 files in the PK folder for the switch version wherelse the pc version divides it into two; the vanilla (root folder) and the PK folder. The total size is different too.
2. The video files for the steam version is in wmv format wherelse the switch version are in mp4 format. Fortunately the files total only differ by one additional video for the steam version.

I am willing to check and compare the files for the steam and the switch version but I don't have the tool to extract from s13 file format.
