You can try this if it is WinXP.
1. Re-download the rominator program.
2. Go to C:\Document and Settings\XXXXX\Application Data
XXXX=your login name. Delete the Rominator Data folder.
3. reinstall
This helped when it did that to me. Hope it helps you also.
