Hi there. So I just got myself a Raspberry Pi 3 and turned it into a RetroPie. I've got everything up and running. My 8Bitdo SNES controller and my Xbox 360 controller work. The problem is, I need certain buttons switched around for certain systems and certain games. I can click the hotkey in game to change the controls and then I save them. And it works perfectly until I exit the game. No matter what I do, I can't get it to save. Even though I click save and have specified for it to save on exit in Retroarch. Does anyone have any ideas? It's really annoying.

There was an issue with 4.0. It should be fixed now.
But you can find better answers on the retropie forums ;)
