You're going to have to give slightly more information with this really, what game system is that for? Are you trying to play the developer of The Last of Us and Uncharted? That wont work on a Vita.

yes i do use the all in one and i am tiring to emulate psx am and sorry for the delay been offline for a while

Lol, you answered your own question, read the retroarch post and get a psx bios file, as to the game you are trying to play "naughty dog" it's not actually the name of a playstation 1 game so there could be an issue there. But if you want to wait up another while I can pop around your house and download the bios file for you! Sorry for the delay.
