Hacking Restoring System.... Lost Nand Backup

Hey! I installed CFW and MT 9.4 on my sister's 3ds, but she already has all the games she wants and requested I remove the mod. However, I lost the nand backup I made of her 9.2 system, and so I can only update sysNAND (I plan to use the download play method). However, will this leave any possible future-detectable remenants from downgrading?

Also, will the Tomodachi life save she made in MT 9.4 work in sysNAND 9.2?
