Hi everyone! I downloaded a 100% save file, and it is in a .SAV format, not the normal .BIN file I use. Does anyone know how to restore .SAV files using JKSV? It recognizes the file and supposedly restores it, but it does not reflect that when I open the game.

different games have different formats, you can create a actual backup of your game, then look into the resultant folder (or zip file) and see if the same filename is on it, you can copy the backup to another folder and put inside the downloaded file, then restore the new created folder using JKSV.

Thanks for your response! I tried it step by step and when I open the game I'm still getting the original save.

I created a backup with JKSV
I opened the save on the computer and deleted the files and replaced them with the downloaded save files
I opened the game, and the original save was still playing.

you need to restore the modified folder to the console using JKSV

I'm still not having success. Here's a video of everything I'm doing. Now, once I restore it, there is no continue button in the game.

You should not use the applet mode, stop to load the Homebrew Menu using the album, you should load it holding the R button while loading a game (do not let got the button even if you are asked for a user profile) I dont think that is the issue.

please share the save game you are testing

Seems your savegame is for KAO on PC and is in Russian.

I just create this zip containing the file is modified to be loaded on the Switch.

I do recommend to erase the current savegame (selecting the user and being on the game icon press X and then «delete Save Data») after that you must run the game once to create a savegame and then restore the attached file on that save game.

This is your file modified to be on the Switch format and the language changed to English.
