ROM Hack Restore Powersaves .bin file

I have seen similar posts to this, but with no responses.

About a week ago I lost my retail cartridge of Pokemon Y. Right before I lost my cartridge, I backed it up using Powersaves. Now I have a .bin file and a clear Pokemon Y game on my Sky3DS+. Unfortunately, Powereaves isn't compatible with restoring games on the Sky3DS+. Is there any way to convert the .bin to a .sav or .main for SVDT. Keep in mind that I don't have the original cartridge, but I have access to the header in the .bin file.

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
