Hacking Requirement lists for hacking wii

I hacked my wii last year and have Dios Mios running along with USB Loader GX so I can play Wii and Gamecube games. My friend asked me to hack his wii for him since his disk drive is shot. I am mainly looking for a list of the versions of things I need to install after I hack it, along with what cIOS/s to install. The Wii is the Gamecube backwards compatible model running system menu 4.3U.

I know I need what versions of these to install:

• Dios Mios (I want to boot from USB)
• USB Loader GX (want to use the channel forwarder to boot GX off my SD card)
• cIOS/s (I don't remember which to install and I don't want to go through the hell of figuring it out again)
• Multi Mod Manager

Is there is anything else I need to do or install? A list with version numbers would greatly appreciated!
