ROM Hack [Request] Proper NTR cheat plugin code finding tutorial

As the title says, can someone make a proper tutorial on how to find and make NTR cheat plugin codes? If this type of tutorial exists then sorry but i didnt find it. Only "tutorials" i found go like this:

Download blank plugin > goto Fort42 > put codes you want into plugin > build plugin > give yourself credit.

1. I dont consider that a tutorial, i consider that as "how to give yourself credit for stuff that others found & made"

2. What i am searching for is a tutorial where instead of the "goto Fort42" step is a explanation of how people find the codes themselves so like:

Open game on 3DS > Dump RAM > etc.

I dont care in which format it is in, text, images or video.

this tutorial is kinda outdated, even if it's about how to search cheats the ntr debugger way is outdated.

But it's basically:
- Find the wanted values from ram dumps/ram searcher
- Look if it use a pointer (dynamical or not)
- Make it in the good format

It's easy to find stuff when you know what you are doing
