yep but i dont get the romfs shit
only a goddamn cxi and i tried to extract with 3dshackingtoolkit and that doent give me the fucking romfs

use the prerelease version of braindump to get romfs, it doesn't extract it as cxi

i don´t know how it is with the recently braindump, but the beta thing gave you a romfs

seems like someone was faster

I just used braindump to dump my files. It dumps it as a .cxi, but you can used this command with ctrtool: ctrtool -p --exefs=exefs.bin --romfs=romfs.bin xyz.cxi; Replace xyz.cxi with the filename. Then you can extract the files using this command: ctrtool -x --romfsdir=romfs_ext romfs.bin; This'll output the files to romfs_ext where you can modify your files.

8 gigs was fine for alpha sapphire so you'll be safe.

romFS takes hours to dump, so I hope you're patient.

Make sure you've got the replacement files you're using for the romhack downloaded as well as the tools you'll need to make the romhack (there should be a "3DS Rom Hacks Pack").
Other than that, I found it best to just leave it running while I slept when I dumped my game
