Hacking [Request] Ninjhax QR&Payload to dump OTP.bin

Here's the story. I have a 3DS that has 2.1.0-0E firmware (without browser) and SKY3DS. My plan here is to dump OTP.bin from this firmware with Cubic Ninja then update the 3DS with Cooking Mama (that one has 9.2 on it) and then use Ninjhax2 to use SafeA9LHInstaller. So there's a request:
Can someone please upload the old QR code and the payloads to dump OTP.bin? Will greatly appreciate that.
Also, another one: is it safe to update "clean" 2.1 firmware past 6.0 or I should go safe and update it to 4.5 and then to 9.2 (or use MSET)?
