Anyone can/ have a Double Exp and Double Item code?
One that makes 2 EXP be 4 EXP.
And item drop chance of items be from 10% to 20%.

Yes, but there is no double code.

XP is easy enough to make, havn't touched drop rates before so I don't know. Don't have game handy though.
