Homebrew Request: Android Apk Injector for Wii U

Hello. I wanted an injector to inject android apps (apk) to Wii U Wup Installer or Loadiine.
It needs to be like this:
Add the APK in Apk file here
Add the OBB file in Obb File Here (optional). It is needed for OBB Needed games.
Choose the banner and the icon
Optional: choose the sound and game pad banner. The sound by default will be the Virtual Console sound.
Controller compatibility: activate this option if this apk is supported with controllers. If it's activated, you can play with the Game pad or the Pro Controller or the Wii Remote and the Classic Controller
Pack: Pack into Wup Installer or Loadiine
This idea can be great, because I wanted Evo Pop on my Wii U.

We can't just pack APKs into a virtual console or any other Wii U format.

What you are asking for is an Android emulator for Wii U and unfortunately never gonna happen I'm afraid.
