Hacking Replacing a permanently flashed CFW on a 1003

Hi,
I have 6.60 PRO-C2 permanently flashed but want to replace it with PRO-C fix3 (2015) as I heard there are compat issues and bugs in C2, is this possible to do without bricking?

dunno if you can because i've never had a perma-able PSP, but why? pro C2's issues where fixed LONG ago, just update to the 2015 build if you arent in it already

EDIT: pro C fix 3 isnt the 2015 build of pro C2, thats what you are thinking of, the one that has a 6.61 version.

Just run the cIPL installer from any of the PRO CFW downloads, it has the install/uninstall option.
