Hacking removing homebrew channel

Is there any way of fully removing the hombrew channel so it doesn't leave behind any traces. What can you do or is it not possible to.

I know this topic is old but I'm in the same situation. I need a clarification to remove it completely. Does following this post completely remove it? I read somewhere that if you delete the cIOS you will brick your wii. What about this method involving anytitledeleter? Using homebrew to get rid of homebrew?

If any of the above works (or not).. will I be able to upgrade my firmware normally without any hassles or problems afterwards like none of it ever happend?

Don't ask why I'm uninstalling hbc as thats none of your buisness.
