Hacking Remote play on cfw vita

Will I be banned for using remote play on a cfw vita when on the same psn as an ofw ps4. I want to know this before installing cfw on my vita. Also will I be banned on my ps4 for just having my vita on the same psn.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
