This looks really good like popsloader tools for PSP. About to try it.

Button Mappings customizable for SNES? The stock buttons on dkc are really bad.

Also what is LZ77 & LZH8? I search engine that and it brought me back here.

No, these are not customizable sadly.

Both LZ77 and LZH8 are different compression algorithms, with different ways for (un)compress content, speed, and compression efficience and rate.

Ah darn I guess single rom loader or wiiflow will be my best bet for playing snes with gc controllers. Or at-least for sure donkey kong country. Haven't tested more to see if they also have weird run & jump placement.

Do you know if any of games or versions of the VC (if there are versions of it per certain games) have different control mappings? Maybe I can fix DKC with the right combination. Anyway I've just created Turtles in Time & Metal Warriors to test out in a bit.

Surely this question has already been asked before... do you know if there's a way to modify the official SNES/N64 emus to accept Wiimote or Wiimote+Nunchuk inputs?

Initial testing with SNES LZH8 I tried; Normal & the other compression option. I tried to make Metal Warriors, TMNT, Sunset Riders & Battletoads Double Dragon. Result black screen on all of them. Can't remember which games were normal compression. I used Megaman X2 as the base for all of them. Readme says 'MSX1 / 2' so I figured that maybe it doesn't matter for snes.

I used Megaman X2 as the base for all of them.
1. Mega Man X2 is a Capcom CX4 chip SNES game, so it's not likely to get working the games you're injecting.
2. Official Mega Man X2 WAD uses also LZH8 compression.
3. Try using the WAD "Natsume Championship Wrestling" as base.

Readme says 'MSX1 / 2' so I figured that maybe it doesn't matter for snes.
Sorry i left MSX 1/2 text on readme but it isn't supposed to be MSX1/2 since that's the readme of my MSX VC injector.

no it can't

Hi, I've been using this program recently. Where can I find more LZ77 NES roms or game names? I can't find which ones are LZ77 roms.

One question for curiosity do wad injects work for vwii I'd love to play childhood flash games on wii u but maybe don't wanna brick my vwii
wad vc injects and such work just fine on vwii, i have afew off them running, just make sure they are the same region wads or use free the wads app first.

tried again with various wads and got this error:

ERROR! There isn't any romc-compressed
ROM file on the 5.app.
Maybe this is not a new N64 VC WAD.
---------------------------------------
Failed =(
---------------------------------------
Press any key to continue . . .

edit: this error occurred because i didn't use a wii wad that had (romc) next to it's name in the read me. trying now with mario golf

edit2: just got black screen, went the SRL route for better results.

ok, got one of these errors after trying to inject a mario kart 64 rom hack into mario golf, any idea what it means and how to fix, or is it my particular rom just isnt compatible.

error input n64 rom must be a multiple of 4mbit

hey all, most of the forwarders that are created from wiigsc do not work on my vwii. i tried using the wiiforwarder2vwii, but it still resulted in black screen. i am on a homebrewed wii u, with the vwii portion also modded. booting the game from usb loader gx does read it off the sd card as intended, but i can't get the wiigsc wad to work on vwii. any tips? Thanks.

edit, was able to get it to work by using wiiflow as the option for wiigsc and selected ios=249, since I believe it would then be allowed to access base 56 (please correct me if i'm wrong). then made a boot2vwii forwarder pointing to that installed nand channel, which in turn loads up worms battle islands on from my SD card via wiiflow
