Hacking ReiNX splash.bin Image Converter GUI

Hello,
I thought this might be helpful to one or the other.
I for myself had trouble with the python script. But thats just me.

This is an Image converter to use for customization with reiNX CFW.

You specify an Image and it generates a splash.bin you can use as Boot Splash.

This repo is a recreation of https://github.com/TheExpertNoob/Custom-Splash-Script-for-ReiNX but in C# and with a GUI. All credits to @TheExpertNoob.

Afaik the way reiNX reads the splash.bin does not support gif mode.

From what I saw when I looked inside, splash.bin is basically just a raw 32bit bitmap, with no header.

That means no GIF.
