Hacking Reinstall 3.2

Hi,

I have a Wii with the 3.2e version, and I want to reinstall it to remove the hacks i have in my wii. How can I do this without Internet on my wii?(my router as gone :S )

get a system menu v290 wad and install it with wadmanager
if you can't find it then just extract it from the pal semi-brick fix disk or from a game disk that has it included.
if you need more explanation then just use your favourite search engine

pretty much all. If you have preloader, use hack remove you get with it.
