ROM Hack reiNAND theme question

Can I use custom themes with reiNAND or will it break FBI, homebrew launcher, and CIAngel? I have not been able to find an answer anywhere. Let me know if this has been posted before so this one can be taken down if needed!

You deffinently can! I've done several myself. There's a bunch of them in the reinand thread you can download and tuts. It will not effect any others programs at all, just looks cool at boot up is the only side effect!
