Homebrew Reinand and rop installer

Sup guys so i want to play my vc gba games on the new 3ds so i was wondering if someone could link me to the latest reinand cfw that supports the latest firmware and its rop installer thanks

I don't know if this helps, but I set up an emunand today using this version. I'm updated to 10.5 (on a New 3DS) and things are working good.
