Hey all!
With a good chunk of people here owning Sword or Shield legitimately, and the games having the capability to host your own tournaments, I was wondering whether the interest was there for these to be a regular event on Temp.
For those unaware of how these work, I'd post a tournament over the span of a week or so (Mac is 11 days), where people can battle a limited number of times (between 5 and 25 depending on rules set). The winner is the person who wins the most!
The issue here would obviously be the players. For it to work, we'd need people actually looking for battles and a little coordination. There's logistics to be figured out but it could be a good bit of fun. As a starting point, XP can be given as participation rewards and prizes, but I could likely offer shiny Pokémon and other fun things down the line if it does catch on.
