Gaming Register DSIWare

My daughter downloaded FreakForms, but we can't figure out a way to register it or take the survey to get the
20 coins on Club Nintendo (it will put her into the Gold category)..

Her 3DS is linked to her Club Nintendo account, but she may have linked it after buying the game..

How do you register DSiWare/FreakyForms and take the survey to get coins?

I had the same problem with Pushmo, you've just gotta wait a few days. It's perfectly normal.
