Any way this could be used to load RegionFour with Ocarina of Time on original firmware systems? (Like the cubic ninja method but with Ocarina of Time)

EDIT: Savedatafiler is required I'm on New 3ds 9.8 so no way to do it

I have a N3DS (nonXL) 9.0.0-20E. It was from the initial Australian launch. I've tried scanning the code probably 20 times now and it's done nothing but crash. Am I missing something with this model?

I did select "new", and it has net access. I've tried it at many different angles, on 3 LCDs.

I'll ask again, since Cubic ninja became so hard to find.. Any chance that this can work with Bangai-o Spirits, which I believe was able to do some of the other NinjaHax stuff?

This game is a DS game so you can only use it to run DS mode hombrew. So the maxium that this could do is installing the mset xploit (4.5) but it's totally pointless since you can now do it with the browser. If you can't get Cubic Ninja you have two options, get OOT (youll need sb to change the savefile) or get Sky3ds and download cubic ninja for it.

Idk if regionfour does this, probably not. If you're on 9.2 and want to play a newer game get rxtools, it'll probably boot in sysnand mode and if it does not, use emunand

You can use tubehax for region free on the latest system version just with the youtube eshop app...
or
You can use Ninjhax2 for region free with cubic ninja..

you need to be on the latest version to enter the eshop

I don't know about out of region game updates...
But you can install OOThax to use OOT instead of youtube

Does someone tried to use regionFOUR to play games that require an updated firmware and can say if they work on lowest firmware? I would buy Zelda Tri Force Heroes but I'm on 9.2 (yes, I could install a emuNAND and update it, but for now I'd rather not)

%100 sure Smea stoped regionFOUR updates long ago, just use Ninjhax 2.5 it does region free and a lot more.

Why would you want it? Luma has region free built in.
