Gaming Recover save from differently trained GBA Rom

Hi,

so i made a trained GBA rom with GBAATM and injected it via NSUI.
(It was Final Fantasy I & II Dawn of Souls)

Trainer and cheats and the game worked great, so i played through FF1.

But now in FF2 i noticed that some cheats dont work...

Is it possible to make a new trained rom and play with the old savegame i alreavy have of that rom?
I thought this would be difficult because the new GBA rom will have another ID and Checksum or something.

You can choose the 3DS titleID while packaging the cia...

and Checksum

...doesn't matter...

What's important to know is that
1- two titles with different titleIDs can be installed at the same time
2- two titles with the same titleID will overwrite each other, usually deleting the save at the time of installation
3- backing up and restoring virtualized GBA title saves is a little annoying but certainly possible - godmode9 will help you do that

so i think i just go with the more lazy method and make a new cia with a different titleID
