Last year, I got a pair of new earbuds to listen to music on my phone, and they have this feature where they keep track of how much I listen to loud sounds, and alert me if I exceed the recommended levels for too long (see image below). I generally tend to keep my volume relatively low in the first place, but I still like it for peace of mind.
Is there anything similar for computers? I've tried looking online, but all I found was results on irrelevant accessibility settings and people wanting to lower the maximum volume level (which is close, but not quite what I'm looking for).
If anyone has seen anything like this, some recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I'd prefer something FOSS, but I'll take what I can get.
