So while I'm waiting on parts for another switch I thought I'd attempt to fix this one with corrupt nand. I'm using this tutorial:

https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade.html

Only thing is my keys aren't working. Biskeydump seems to get a bunch of keys but choidujour won't use them. Lockpick doesn't seem to get any info and it crashes. Hacgui errors also. Tutorial says 30-60 min. But I've spent 8 hours just trying to get the keys.

Is there any hope?

So I used an old version of lockpick and it created a prod.keys file that looks correct however choidujour still errors.
Any ideas? Am I in the right place?

You need to get keys.txt, google them. Answer my private message.

You need to weed out the errored keys,
choidujour.exe does not use them all

you are warned in choidujour.exe saying warning keys mismatch error
delete the keys with the warnings, from your file by deleting the whole line, and when there are no more warnings choidujour.exe will continue.

Do not send others your prod/device keys.
