I've never heard of any slot 1 flashcart having any sort of RAM. Do you have a source that says the SCDS1 has it?

Infact, I am going to go ahead and predict by march all flash carts will have it.

It probably won't take that long for most slot 1 flashcarts to have it. The EZ-V will probably get it around January 2009.

The Supercard is probably the only line of slot 2 flashcarts that even has a chance of getting this feature. No other company seems to support their slot 2 carts beyond game compatibility fixes.
