You can't convert rar to xci. a Rar file is a compressed folder with files inside.

Download WinRar or 7-Zip and extract away!

Put the .rar file in a sd, put that sd in a microwave at 900w for 1 min, when it finish put the sd in pc and youll have your xci file.

Rar files are containers for any type of files.
Think of it like a zip file.
Rar files can be a set of however many compressed files.

For example:

game.xci = 2 GB

game.rar 500 MB
game.r01 500 MB
game.r02 500 MB
game.r03 280 MB

The rar files contain the single game.xci, but spread across several rar files.
Use an extraction program like Winrar or 7-zip, and click on the first rar files to start the extraction process.

End result game.xci will be extracted from all of the rar files.

The mainstream world uses zip, the underworld trades in rar. If you never even heard of rar then you shouldn't be pirating Mr Stud.

Those interested, that have no experience with it, have to start somewhere... So why not educate rather than dismiss?

open them in a computer with 7zip or similar and extract the xci that's inside
like every rar file in the internet except the ones that are protected with a password behind surveys ;O;

Well thanks. I am a patient person. I know what it's like to not know how to do something and trying to figure it out. So I try to lend a helping hand whenever I can.

it's way cheaper than the illegal game you want to get extracted

don't ignore the "plea" winrar is a very usefull program and should be supported
after 40 days either purchase or unninstall

It really is worth it no lie the 256 encryption alone plus it can compress huge files the purchased version at least.
