Randomizing Pokemon games on twilight menu

So I like playing randomized Pokemon Roms on my 2Ds XL. Games like Platinum work fine. I randomize them, import them on my sd card and play it via twilight menu. But a game I seem never to be able to run is black 2 and white 2. When applying an ap patch the randomizer won’t let me randomize the game lol. I just need a solution

Don't bother with Kwyjor, they know a lot but the arrogance is almost not worth the solution.

What order are you following when trying to randomise the ROM? I assume you're using something like Universal Pokemon Randomiser ZX to run the ROM through?
