ROM Hack Randomize Pokemon games

Hey there!

So I following this tutorial:



Everything works like they say/show... BUT in the end non of the games is randomized! :-D

I did that tutorial several times and exactly as they say but the games are simply non-randomized after doing so.

Because this drives me crazy... Now I wonder... anyone with an idea or inspiration on how to make this work?
