ROM Hack R4s dongle noob

Hi guys
Firstly sorry if this in the wrong thread ,I'm an absolute noob with this and want to get my son a switch and R4S card for Xmas but I've no idea where to get the game back ups or what to search for ... I remember about 20 years ago for my eldest I had similar for the Ds but I've completely mind blanked as what to do .. I can find tutorial on loading card with firmware but not where to get games .. many thanks in advance

R4S dongle is only for unpatched units.
You won't buy any new unpatched console for more than 3 years already.

And R4S dongle is not even partially similar to what R4 card was.
