Hi everyone,
some days ago i needed a microsd to test my new raspberry pi and use my brother's one, so i backupped all the games and saves on it and the __rpg folder.
There were also some other folders and generated by OS X, for example "._.Trashes" and "._Spotlight-V100". I was on Windows so i didn't need them. Everything was working fine before.
But what i didn't know is that i had to backup _DS_MENU.DAT, so now if i try to start the card from the DSi menu it stucks at a black screen with "Loading..." on the top display.

The card is identical to the one in this picture:
2013_R4_SDHC_Dual-Core_R4i_SDHC_DUAL_CORE_support_N3DS_V6_3_0-12_and_NDSi_V1_4_5.jpg
The image on the start screen is "SpongeBob's Atlantis Squarepantis, THQ".
The DSi XL firmware version is 1.4.1E.
Tried many different firmwares, including Wood 1.33. Also tried to use only the _DS_MENU.DAT of these firmwares with the __rpg that i backupped. Same result, stuck on "Loading...". The 8 Micro SDHC is formatted in FAT32.

Is there any way i can get out of this or do i need to buy a new flashcart?

Here's the zipped __rpg folder i have in my backup, in case it can be useful in any way: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b14rkjkswddd0er/__rpg.zip?dl=0

Thanks in advance :shy:

Checked and re-checked that thousands of times... I've tried that kernel already and it doesn't work... Doesn't even work if i take the _DS_MENU.dat only with my old firmware...

The link doesn't work for me, it goes timeout. Could you reupload it please?

Update: i formatted the micro sd again, this time used a partitioning tool and set the partition as primary. It worked with 1.62 kernel!!! Thanks everyone :yaynds:
