I was on the R4 Site

And i went to the downloads
I went down to Other downloads
Then i saw: R4 Skin free download
and it was added at date 2009-1-21

I say this is weird

it's a link that takes you an nds skin site. they seem to only have r4/m3s type skins.

Not sure who runs that skins site but they're ripped off from NDSthemes. At least the R4DS, DSTT, and some of the Acekard2 themes. What an asshole, get your own!

I Don't think that they would let some weird skin site access there site and play with it..
After they got sued and all i think Nintendo would be looking at that site closely...

It could of just been a hoax like the 1.19 firmware was coming but only a fake firmware was made..
Mabey they just quit and didn't want to code it anymore...

their "main" factory got shut down. apparently there are other smaller ones out there. so they still may manufacture r4s but dont have alot of employees on their team.
