Hacking R4 revolution for the DS LoadingScreen

I just got an R4 Revolution for the DS. The card reader works and i am using a 4 gb sd micro card. I have updated the root with the new files needed. The problem i have though, is that it does not get past the loading screen. Is there anything that i can do to get past this. It happens even if there is no games folder or media.

1) Limited SD card use 1GB or 2GB not 4GB it won't work.
2) How long have you had your R4DS?

I realizd i he a 4 gb sdhc card, i take it this is not supported?
