Hacking R4 - 'Enable Button' Button not working

So in the R4 menu. I select my cheats and try to touch the 'enable cheats' button. Nothing. All it does it makes the cheats get selected again. As in ...touching at the top right corner for the 'Save' and 'Enable Button' makes the cheat menu respond instead... as if the touching is off by a couple of inches. Weird. Here's a video of it.



Using a 3DS. firmware 7.1.14u. R4 SDHC (Not Gold)

Any ideas?
