Hacking R4 doesn't work after changing region

So, I have a Old 3ds LL so no english, only japanese. I've changed the region and now the R4 Gold Pro (Which worked before) doesn't work, it only shows a black screen and crashes after a few minutes. Can someone help me please?
Already formated, tried different SD cards and have CFW.

Region changing the 3DS firmware with CTRTransfer bricks the DS(i) mode. You have to repair with:

• A) [3ds.hacks.guide] DSi / DS functionality is broken after completing the guide + System Update

or

• B) [quantumcat1.github.io] Aplicativos de DSi / DS não funcionam mais depois de terminar o guia + System Update
